It all starts with the dough. Made fresh daily, with no oil, no sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup and with filtered water to replicate the water back in New York. My side salad was bursting with crisp, fresh veggies. The pizza was hot and crisp on the bottom. Perfection. We also appreciated having a table that allowed our pup to be with us.
It's delicious! My favorite kind of pizza. Thin and crispy and just the right amount of cheese. I like the kind without the red sauce. Not sure what it's called. White black stone or something like that. Lol
