It all starts with the dough. Made fresh daily, with no oil, no sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup and with filtered water to replicate the water back in New York. I’m a back east girl so my taste in pizza, without coming off as snobbish, is that of high expectations. I love thin crust, yet the crust has to be quality. Cheese is also important which they passed. I fold my pizza which was no problem! Their choices were abundant and I chose the “Knockout” and the “Porko”, which was excellent. Everything tastes wonderful and the atmosphere is really cool. If you’re ever nearby, meaning within 20 miles, it’s worth the drive!
