Bed Bug Free Knockout Pest Control just did a fabulous job getting rid of my bed bug problem. I was just going to post this as a thank you, and then I read a post by someone who had a bad experience. Clearly they didn't understand about putting stuff in plastic bags. You aren't supposed to take bed bug infested stuff in and out of the bag. The articles of clothing and other items are supposed to be treated. Garry K. I had high hopes based on reviews that Knockout would rid my small one room studio in NYC of bedbugs (bb). Unfortunately approx. 1 month later and nearly $2000 poorer, I am still getting bitten and still living out of bb proof plastic bags. The first 2 freezing treatments appeared to be thorough, the third did not include freezing, only chemical (Bedlam). Friendly and Informative I'm not quite sure what this fellow Chris V. is talking about, not having any first hand knowledge, but I reviewed all of the comments below before I called KnockOut Pest Control for info and estimates. They were indeed the nicest of all of the companies that I called. They also offer the new Sentracon Termite System which I will be having put in this Spring. The woman on the phone was very nice, and the informative about the products and payments.
Much Better Than Expected I always heard good stuff about knockout pest control except that they were more expensive, but when I had a problem I went to call them because of their great service reputation and discovered that they offered significant discounts and had a coupon on their website. knockout knocks out the bugs! Knockout Pest Control are excellent professional termite exterminators and other pests. When I had termites in my deck I asked around to my aquintances and they reccomended this service. After 1 session Knockout Pest Control removed the termites 2 years ago and they have not returned! The prices for this exterminator are about average.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CALL THEM We live in an old house in Westchester NY. HORRIBLE Customer Service---RUDE The existing comments sound more like an advertisment put there by the company. I have not used this company but I know people who have used them. Recently a technician from the company showed up at my friends home. Neither she nor her husband was home. The man told the babysitter that he need to speak to the owner immediately. If you see just a few ants or just one mouse, those few ants or one mouse have a whole bunch of buddies lurking where you can't see them. finally bed bug free! three exterminators and 9 months of dealing with bed bugs- heard on cbs and called these guys- finally a company that knew what they were doing- brought a search dog- high tech equipment- took 2 hours- AND told me how to avoid getting re infested- 3weeks later and not 1 bug in monitoring caps- I love these guys- they're on my XMAS LIST!
