Love the classes!
I love the place, but they really need to do something about the AC, its about to be summer in Miami and i had to cancel my subscription because the HEAT is unbearable, I wouldve loved to stay the whole year .
The gym has a good concept, but there is absolutely no assistance; if you are new, they pay no attention to you—offering no guidance regarding the proper sequence of the workout stations. The warehouse space gets quite hot. There is also a giant dog—a Doberman—that is always inside the gym and roaming loose; it’s actually quite frightening and honestly pretty intimidating. I had been looking for a gym that offered strength training classes for a while, I knew nothing about gym equipment and since the moment I joined Knockout the coaches have been very kind and helpful if you have any doubts about the workouts or how to use the machines. They have different classes, for beginners and advanced, and it's always challenging in a good way. After a few months, I feel stronger than ever.
