Love it! I recently moved out of state and Knockout and it's people are what I miss the most! There is no gym like knockout anywhere else. I was a member for over 7 months and loved it. The classes were always great and trainers challenge you. Best workouts!

Its a great environment the coaches push you to your limits so that you can reach your goal but atvthe same time learn its awesome!
