I love this gym. I joined about 6 weeks ago and have loved every instructor. I go at different times so I have had several and everyone of them have been professional, enthusiastic, motivating, prepared, and given me a challenging workout. I have seen great results in these past 6 weeks and other people are noticing. I even have a friend join because of my results. Love this gym.

I love coming to knockout, front staff and instructors are always very caring and give great customer service! The workouts are intense and help you build endurance. Love this gym!
