I sent the following letter to Isaiah (owner of Knock-out cleaning) after he refused to contact me back so I could inform him of the poor work his company did in my home, he has continued his silence to date. After several other cleaning services I have found on Google, Knock out was the BEST..... They cleaned my house from the ceiling to the baseboards and everything in between. My house is full of windows and they cleaned them all inside and out!!! I will be keeping them for sure!! Thanks for a fantastic job.
Definite great example of teamwork. They did the job when I needed someone at the last minute and they did it well. Trustworthy, gentlemen, kind, courteous ... Can't say enough good things of these group of gentlemen. I'd definitely use their service again.
I found Knock-Out on craigslist on 10/15 and I have read the horror stories of other people about cleaners so I took my time to research them . Talking to Isaiah over the phone is very nice and he gave me all the detailed info that I would need to make a decision .
