Very prompt when asked to check out the furnace in my house before winter set in. Tech was very polite and explained what the furnace needed to do when I explained what it would do. I highly recommend them and will call when it is time to check the A/C.

This business is a complete joke. The only thing worse than the lazy workers is the untrustworthy owners. Tone at the top explains it all. This business simply does not care about you or your HVAC. They want your money and that’s it. You’re on your own with the garbage units they sell.

One star is being gracious. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Sweat it out or layer up and wait for anyone but Knobel. Multiple significant problems with my nightmare of an experience continue to arise. Shame on whomever runs this embarrassment of a business. Buyer be aware - you’ve been warned.

At first things were great back in April. Now problems, first I had water leaking out of my furnace. I called and talked with a guy. He told me he knew the problem as it's a reoccurring problem with these furnaces. When a different person came to fix it he "fixed" a problem that wasn't a problem. The problem is condensation on the 1/8" line in the coil, not the line set outside of the coil. I know where the leak is because I do HVAC.
