We have used Knobel Refrigeration multiple times and have been very pleased with the people and the service. Marshall is a great technician and the ladies in the office are very helpful as well. I will continue to use Knobel Refrigeration for all my HVAC needs. Prices are fair, the information from Marshall was spot on, he is very easy to work with and be around, and they show up when they tell you they will be there, which is huge for me as I run a business. I highly recommend Knobel Refrigeration and Marshall!

Mark and Damon came over to replace a heater and ac. Very professional and did great work. Appreciate their dedication. Managers and staff were also great to get the process going.

Very prompt when asked to check out the furnace in my house before winter set in. Tech was very polite and explained what the furnace needed to do when I explained what it would do. I highly recommend them and will call when it is time to check the A/C.

This business is a complete joke. The only thing worse than the lazy workers is the untrustworthy owners. Tone at the top explains it all. This business simply does not care about you or your HVAC. They want your money and that’s it. You’re on your own with the garbage units they sell.

One star is being gracious. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Sweat it out or layer up and wait for anyone but Knobel. Multiple significant problems with my nightmare of an experience continue to arise. Shame on whomever runs this embarrassment of a business. Buyer be aware - you’ve been warned.
