We have been living in our unit for several years and I have to say the management (Nick) is very kind and understanding. We really enjoy living here and hope to continue for several more years.

Excellent service, a problem arises and they handle it. Takes all of headaches that come with managing properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for property management service throughout the South Bay!
Awesome service Got my place rented very quickly
I have been trying to remediate an issue with this management since beginning of this year but no response. They're not even replying to the emails anymore. Overall not recommended!
