Scam I am on section 8 and they showed me a property they said they accepted section 8 I put in an application to rent a property from them paid the $45 x5 they told me I would hear from them within 3 days they didn't call so I called they don't answer they don't return phone calls don't give any money to these people they take it an run and hide. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY NICK
We have been living in our unit for several years and I have to say the management (Nick) is very kind and understanding. We really enjoy living here and hope to continue for several more years. ❤️

Excellent service, a problem arises and they handle it. Takes all of headaches that come with managing properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for property management service throughout the South Bay!
