Nick has been a great property manager for several years. He has found good tenants, given me sound advise during the tough landlord months during COVID, and I never have to worry about the property.
Scam I am on section 8 and they showed me a property they said they accepted section 8 I put in an application to rent a property from them paid the $45 x5 they told me I would hear from them within 3 days they didn't call so I called they don't answer they don't return phone calls don't give any money to these people they take it an run and hide. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY NICK
We have been living in our unit for several years and I have to say the management (Nick) is very kind and understanding. We really enjoy living here and hope to continue for several more years. ❤️
