Purchased car from young lady who was running office on Thursday, 09/11/14. We negotiated with dealer through her by her talking with him by telephone and never actually met dealer. The car had a minor problem which he agreed to repair and the problem was resolved. We were not able to pick up car until Saturday. He was supposed to have met us on Saturday morning for us to get car and he decided to leave key in their mail box for us to get on our own.
