The company treats vendors horribly. I served them for many years as their web designer doing what they wished in a professional and timely manner. Recently I discovered I had been let go. No word, no notice before they did this. Just a terse email indicating they already had a new website set up! How cold! No discussion of ways to work things out; just goodbye. That's a lousy way to treat a loyal vendor. So beware in dealing with this place.

Most friendliest, caring yarn shop in the valley. My first stop shop for all things fibers! The owner goes above and beyond and the staff is always so helpful and smiley. Thanks knittin' pretty friends.

I've been to this shop many many times, sometimes just a quick pop in, others, from open till close, sitting around the table in great company chatting about the joys of life and fiber arts. The owner is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met and the staff is an amazing little handful of smart and talented people. I've never once been disappointed going into this shop and I never plan to be. It is definitely one of my favorite places to go and chat and have a break from life for a while.
