Horrible location, should not still be operating. Zero customer service.
Our project is 200 miles away that did not stop them from researching our problem and fixing it. The original Manufacture had misleading information on our cool only unit for our IT room. Because it was new construction they are fixing us at there expense. KNIPP is Quality.
Fast, reliable and provide very exceptional service!
Paid $12k for new controller. Can’t get service out to complete the job.
