Falon was courteous, thorough and professional. He performed a semi-annual PM on the top-line Daikin heating system, on-demand water heater, pressure tank and garage heater that Knik Heating installed for me in 2023. Cost was due to furnace water filter replacement and water heater sediment drainage needed periodically, but not annually. Garret tore up my duct, when I told him about it, he said it "Sucks to have sucky ducts," and did not offer to tape the duct back up.
