I had an excellent experience with this company! Brittany and Taylor from the office were incredibly sweet and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. Alex, the operations manager, even came to my house to go over the estimate for replacing my well pressure tank. Jared called about 20. out to let me know he was on the way. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He did a super job in his maintenance checks on the furnace, water heater ,and garage heater. He was very helpful in answering my questions and gave me confident that everything was in good working order. Great job, very helpful ,and reassuring. Thanks Knik heating for a job well done.
