Went to schedule an appointment tonight the representative who answered the phone Brittany was so beyond unprofessional and even hung up when I asked to please have her manger contact me. We will be canceling our membership with this company. From the start the service has been horrible selling us packages, pushing expensive water softeners when we just wanted a quote. They sure save me for being able to get to my house to fix my furnace and a small problem I had I'm trying to sell my house and they took care of my problem. They had a wonderful workman who really explained things
