The ambiance is great, everyone is great, good attitude, great service, etc. there is one person who ruined my entire experience, a gentleman behind the bar named, John. John was exceptionally rude, unaccommodating, and without taste. I was so surprised. We came to Knight's for our first lunch since the pandemic closed everything down! The service was exceptional, the food just as amazing as always, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the restaurant was sanitized! Great job everyone!
Recommend but with the caveat that their online ordering system is not in sync with the kitchen and doesn't allow you to order for a later time in the evening. I was shocked that I was instructed to pick up my order with three entrees in only 15 minutes--was that enough time? I didn't actually want it so soon! Then I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes after calling to let them know I had arrived.
