I’ve been seen by the doctor for many years I am a diabetic since there’s been a change of staff the staff is not professional they’ve hung up on me they refused to give my medication every two months my medicine has always been delivered in a timely fashion I can’t tell you how many times my medicine has been given away as samples Jenifer the office manager which is no longer there always took care of everything the girls they have now are rude and inconsiderate and I am no longer going there as for the doctor he’s a very n... read more
RecommendedI absolutely love Dr. Farooq. I had been suffering from so many symptoms for almost 2 years & my previous doctor never understood them nor explored any possibilities. When my symptoms got worse, I knew I needed a new doctor. He and his wife were recommended by a family member. From the 1st day I was there, I felt welcomed and actually listened to (finally). Really like Dr. Umar Farooq, but his medical staff leave ALOT to be desired. My husband went into the office, for a follow up after being in ARIA Torresdale Hospital Sunday night into Monday, and the medical assistants, which were students from places like Brightwood, were UNPROFESSIONAL!! They apparently don't know how to do blood draws, and the lack of experience really showed. They stuck my poor husband 3 times, using THREE different people, and STILL couldn't find a vein!! Very friendly staff & Doctors. I was impressed by the number of services offered in the clinics. Plenty of parking spaces.
