I had not made note of this review prior to using knights. I highly suggest using any other company. We have had so many problems since the day they sent their technician out. In addition their supervisor have not been willing to take any accountability for the incomplete service done by their employee. On 12/7/17 they came out and not only were no issues reported the driver did not pump the tank completely. We are currently trying to have a full refund made. I had a very bad experience with this company. I will not be calling them for any service in the future. And, no, I am not a competitor. I am someone that was done very badly by them.
