We were fortunate to use the government rebate to increase the rating of our insulation. Unfortunately, this company insulated without proper ventilation, leaving a moisture issue. What would have been helpful was to provide us with more information that more soffits were needed to do the job properly. Not telling us after the fact when damage was already done. We provided this company three opportunities to “make it right” but all we received was excuses and a lack of accountability.
Incredible quality work and amazing communication. We were very impressed with the Knights team. We have used them for multiple houses and multiple types of insulation. They are experts and were able to ensure everything was to the inspectors approval. In the words of the inspector “they did a perfect job”.
