Best thing is pet friendly, rooms are old and not too clean..not vacuumed, toilet seat falling off,ants in bathroom. Found bed sheets were stained, dirty and hairy but were promptly replaced upon informing front desk... This place could use a good scrubbing and makeover!
Great room, great price, free coffee, hot tub, pool, pet friendly, and a very nice and pretty front desk clerk who was extremely personable and professional. A place perfect for all traveling Lancelots. :)
If I could this zero stars that would be too good for this place. We showed up first thing the door to our room was open, bed was a mess, towels on the floor, chewing dip in the sink, place smelled and looked like it had been tossed around. When we went to the front desk to tell them, Taylor or Tyler acted like it was no big deal/they were used to this happening often that he was quick to refund us our money back. No apology or compensation was offered.
The woman who works as a receptionist deserves a raise. She was very kind and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. She knew what we needed for a family stay and can't wait to come back.
Nice staff, clean rooms,but beds can use new mattress to soft for MY taste.
