Believe me we are traveling with two 30 pound dogs and this place sure isn’t the worst ever! That would be Days Inn in Quartsite, Arizona! We got a king size bed. Very clean. Everything worked. We could walk our dogs passed the college. Jack in the Box and Dunkin Donuts are walkable distance. There isn’t any green areas around the motel except behind the building. I was there over the weekend with my kids and the place was horrible service and shitty rooms dirty
The room was clean, that's about it. But the thin walls, refrigerator and outside noise, traffic, train and lack of parking was annoying. Didn't get any sleep. Would not stay here again.
Before we got to the hotel, i called the front desk and spoke to a women who told me that two queen beds for that night would be $49. So, we drive there, and then she said it was $59, she quoted me over the phone for one bed. I said fine. Then, I got a charge on my card that night for $82. I went in and spoke to her, she admitted her mistake, and tried to give me $10 back in cash. I nicely declined and said I want the full difference back. She was frustrated and rude. Maintanace guy was nice, he gets two stars.
Honestly, this place was a 5 star compare to the Travelers Inn that we had to leave from. Our room was clean, beds were clean, the toilet position sucked! The breakfast is terrible, donuts and toast! Seriously? Staff was ok. No issue. I just wanted to sleep and I did! You can't hear the train every 20 minutes so that was good.
The bed was decent... the shower sprayed everywhere, the hair dryer didn't work. We paid $189.00 for this room . As I got breakfast yesterday morning the woman asked me which room I was in and told me not to bring the food into my room !!!! � really?
I don't where to begin. Dirty bed, bad plumbing, no heat,no WiFi, breakfast was toast, and it stunk. Would only get one star but the desk clerk was very helpful but what could she do,the place needs to be razed. Unhappy.
