As I’m laying here thinking about joining a gym I remembered my experience this summer at knights gym . The owner (guy with dreads) was ill manner, arrogant and egotistical!! Upon arriving I seen the sign on the garage that said use the front door! I walked to the front door it wouldn’t open so I came back to the garage part and walked under. A great gym culture if you are looking for a more intimate and controlled setting. I would have to say that with small personal gyms, you would have to have a base line of knowledge about strength training. I can jump right into a workout and use the equipment without having to wait for machines. If I’m unsure how to use the equipment there, the owner and staff are able to assist. Other than that. Best gym ever never liked gyms but this gym is different it’s a family everybody is positive will work with u owner cares about each client positive motivating community we are all one at this gym and we push each other to have a healthy lifestyle come sign up it’s life changing !!!!!!
