Broken spring on my garage door. Went with Knights Garage Door Repair based on the feedback. Wasn't disappointed. Tech came on time and did what was expected. He did upsell me on brackets, but carefully explained and showed me what was wrong and so went ahead and fixed it. All-in-all a good experience. The price was fair, but would prefer the job get done right the first time.
These guys showed up at my house a few minutes after I called. They replaced the broken door springs along with rollers and bearings. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He was very professional and friendly.The door is working smoothly again. I would definitely recommend them.
The serviceman arrived and installed the new motor and linked the portable fob and two cars to remotely control the door. They cleaned up all the mess after the work which was a plus for me. I recommend Knights Garage Door Repair, Inc. for the super services they provided to us. Hands down!!
