Just strung my husband, who is in horrible pain, along ALL day, only for the “office manager” to rudely tell him they can’t help him and hang up. He was a patient of Dr. Schwartz in the past and had hoped to see him for this trouble he’s having. Perhaps someday your office people will learn how to treat patients with a little dignity and respect.
