Dont rent from here. This place is bad place to live. Manager Richard is a mean man who only wants money. He doesn't fix anything. Trailers are not up to date bc he doesn't fix them. Thank God I dont live here anymore. He charges for septic tank problems which is not the tenants job to pay for it. Other people have left for the same reasons.
