MC always goes above and beyond. I look forward to our visits twice a year. She is extremely friendly and makes me comfortable.
A crown came off about 4 p.m. the Thursday before Labor Day. I called hoping to be seen Friday, only to learn they wouldn't be open then. They told me to come on, but I'm an hour west of Texarkana and likely couldn't make it by 5 when they closed. But they told me to come and they'd wait for me. I got there a couple of minutes before 5 and was out with a repair before 5:30. Otherwise I'd have had to wait until Tuesday with an uncapped front tooth. Every time I go to Eagle dental I am received with courtesy and friendliness as if I belonged there. I don't like going to the dentist but Eagle dental is different.
