So being a single mom is allready challenging yet when you have an older car that breaks down it makes your day or week even more challenging. I got referred to sergio from a friend and me helped me out allot. Diagnosed my car and told me what's critical to get done now and what can wait, i had my car back the same day. Broke down on the road and we called in for a tow service and ended up getting our car fixed and back on the road the following day. Honest and fair people!
Broke down while on vacation in February 2014, called Good Sam's and they sent out Knight to tow us to Knight. The tow driver was fabulous, fast very efficient and even took us back to our parked RV. The repairs needed were explained, completed and very cost effective. This is a great place run by great people. Wish they were here in KC!
Breaking down on 95 with three animals in the car is on our top ten list of bad experiences. We called Knight Towing and Repair. Sergio was there to pick us up within minutes of my call, dropped us off at Enterprise Car Rental and took our broken Yukon back to his shop. There he diagnosed the problem, fixed it the next day, and had us on our way.! Thank you, Sergio, for your excellent customer service and for making a bad situation actually pleasant. The best customer service ever!!!!
Fair tow rates & good service, I'd use them again!
My car was making a noise and the check engine light was on. I'm came to this shop because of the reviews. I first have to say, I really appropriate the service. The guy working on my car did a diagnostic and came to me and showed me what it said. That is the first for me, normally they just say what I need done, but not here. I'm really pleased and will be back for my future maintenance. My car is good and no check engine light :). Thanks guys
Needed my car tow immediately and called Knight Towing. Spoke witb Sergio, he was very nice and accommodating. The service was friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend this Company and would sure use them again. Thank you guys!!
I was getting out of work, it was late and like I normally seem to do, I locked my keys in my car. I called to get some help and they sent someone out there quickly. Kyle was very helpful and got my keys out quickly. He was very polite and knowledgable, he answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who locks their keys in their car as much as I do.
