I wish I would have gotten the technician's name that went to tow my auto for me he was very nice, and professional. Price for towing affordable. Also very prompt service as well. Got my phone call that my car was being towed within 30 minutes. Highly Recommend!!!
I landed myself in a ditch and they arrived within 15-20 minutes, much sooner than my hour window. The driver pulled me out within 10 minutes and had me on my way. He was very courteous and didn’t laugh at me for pulling such a goofy driving maneuver.
They beat estimated arrival time by a mile!! Professional driver and immaculately clean truck! Definitely recommend and would use again
We were going home to cocoa from beachside, made it as far as Courteney pkwy when the car was making a odd noise, pulled off 520 just west of crab shack into the fishing park under the bridge, the car died and wouldn’t restart, tried getting a jumpstart but wouldn’t start, called AAA and they contacted Knights Towing, he came out looked things over, hooked up a power box jumpstart, the car started and stayed running, problem was battery wasn’t charging due to a bad connection. Crooks - tried to charge me $45 on top of the Allstate free tow because my car is lowered, yet when I have other reputable towing companies in the area come out, they dont charge just make me sign a waiver. He did not cancel this tow either, meaning he will get paid for a tow he never performed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!
