Dr. Knight is really good, she deserves 5 stars! This review is for the front desk staff, they are not friendly, upbeat, are bubbly, and don’t smile. I would think due to them working in a children doctor’s office, that their attitude would be good. They could be rude sometimes and her medical assistant doesn’t greet the parent or child, she comes in and do her job and leave without saying a word.
She was my pediatrician when I was younger and now my childs. Glad I was able to get my little one in under her care for as long as i could. She will be missed enjoy your retirement.
Doctor Knight is extremely thorough and friendly. She has excellent bedside manners. She is very attentive, takes her time, and listens to her patients with all of their concerns. She asks many questions to make sure she addresses everything! She was my childhood doctor and I am now in my 40s. I couldn't be more elated that she is now caring for my 2 beautiful sons (17 &7)!!! Thanks I wouldn't have it any other way
Love the doctor. But, upset they’re refusing to see my child until I pay $330 from an office visit from 11/23/2022. One which even they know it doesn’t appear right that insurance didn’t cover it after my deductible. So it’s an obvious mistake. It’s going to take a moment for the company to re-run for insurance to cover. We normally never have a balance. Yet, they want me to pay that $330 to see her. It’s the principle of the matter. I’d rather pay the $50 urgent care co-pay and wait for it to be resolved. Just can’t believe... read more
