Nicole Dollar is very unprofessional I spoke with her on the phone she told me she has move in ready property. I pulled up a hour later she only had one. I like it. I was planning on securing the property in the morning she called again said it was unavailable. Overall a lot of time wasting very unprofessional. And I’m really upset cause I wanted the property.

If I could give a 0, I would. Knight Homes are by far the worst builder ever! In less than a year, I have had multiple things happening to my home. From the septic tank backing up into my house less than 30 days of us closing. To a leak under my sink that created a whole in my great room ceiling, which they cut open and never repaired. The rail on our steps is falling, my cabinets trim falling in my kitchen, and now my Irrigation system has a hole in the pipe from where they dug up the septic tank, which put a hole in our pi... read more

The good: The listing agents have all been very helpful Love the floor plan of the Isabella Houses are nicely spaced from each other Long list of preferred lenders You do get good value The Bad: Poor attention to detail They need to fire the painters. They need to fire the roofers. They need to fire the carpet people. They need to fire drywall people. They might be building homes faster then they can handle. It's a no! We own a home in Loganville. Closed last year and while we may not have had as many issues as the others we still have had issues. Warranty is a joke and they are liars. Said they came out and fixed an issue before, which they didnt do in full, and now they won't come back and finish because they've come out once. My neighbors and I talk all the time and EVERYONE (more than 5) has had multiple issues in their home. I had reservations about building with Knight homes and I should've followed my gut feeling.
