Had a great experience here. It was after 6pm and my dad needed a nebulizer. I called their main number and left a message. James called me back shortly after. He met me at their store after hours which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely come here again when the need arises. Thank you so much!!!

Gal behind desk was no help at all plus I think she was LYING. Medicare says they will help pay for wheelchair if medically needed. She told me Medicare will not pay for the wheelchair I wanted. Which by the way was the least expensive one on the floor. I was more than willing to pay my 20%. She said Medicare only wants people to rent chairs for 13 months. So if I want this chair i will save and buy it myself. And I will not be buying from Knight Medical Supply!!!!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Amazon here I come.

Best customer service experience I have ever had! James Knight, the owner, came in after hours to get me the items I needed. He even adjusted them to fit me before I left! He was so polite and kept apologizing to me because the computer took awhile to boot up even though I was the one that needed to apologize for calling him after hours. I highly recommend this locally owned business and plan to use them for any and all medical supplies in the future! Thank you Mr. Knight for all your help tonight!
