Would not recommend Aquia Realty Having leased a home through Aquia Realty, I can say they are one of the most unprofessional management companies I have ever dealt with. When ending my lease, I was told they would transfer the utilities out of my name. They transferred the utilities out of my name, but it was two and a half months after my lease ended and only after I received a bill and contacted Aquia Realty to find out what was going on.
