This company is the absolute worst! I was rear-ended, and then this agent named Jessy had the nerve to call me and ask whose fault it was. I told him I was rear-ended, and he never called me back. Unbelievable!
This insurance “company” is the worst most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They run under a front of “onward insurance” where there is no way to contact a real person, will have you on hold for hours to make a claim with a robot and will give you a claim number only to say they never received your information and make you restart the process.
