Highly recommend giving Robert a call if your in the market for a new a/c. I called Knight in Shinning Armor out to give me a bid on replacement for a customer of mine that we were replacing their roof. Both the Roof and A/C units had hail damage. This was a big job that was 4 stories and a tight workspace, also had to coordinate with a crane for both installations! What could have been a logistical nightmare turned into a smooth operation! Robert, goes out of his way to help his customers and when they have a home warranty it depends on the coverage they. If you coverage is standard then it is just the equipment that is covered if there is extra that needs to be done like flushing the line set due freon change not covered if the compressor burnt out and burnt the freon covered don't want to ruin a new compressor that piece of equipment is from 400.00 dollars alone and that is the cost of a home warranty company to get the equipment not retail I have jeard some... read more
My AC stopped working and he came the next morning before starting his regular hours, seen the problem, got the parts that day, and came back out the next morning before his regular hours and got it fixed.
