This reviewer is giving in accurate information for our business which has been closed since Aug 2019. You must be referring to another business with a simiiar name on J St in Omaha, but not this one in Bellevue Ne.
If I could rate this company a 0 that would be a stretch from my experience. Do NOT recommend using this company and I am in shock that they have been in business for 17 years with their service. My air conditioner has been out since June 5. Knights received my service ticket on June 8. I was told they would send someone out on that Wed but never heard from anyone let alone did anyone stop out. I tried calling the next few weeks on different days and times.
