Great experience.
Dr. Knight has always shown that he cares for his patients. He listens to what’s going on with them no matter if this causes him to run behind schedule. He is an amazing doctor.
My issues were tended to with skill and empathy.
He is caring and kind, thorough and gives you the time and respect a patient should have. The entire staff is amazing. Always polite on the phone and in person. I’ve peen a patient for many years and my adult children ended up moving to NMC as well due to my amazing experience!
My lab orders were faxed to this facility from KU Medical at least 10 days prior to my appointment. At no time was I told my Doctor at KU Medical was not in the Newton Medical grounds computer system.I waited in the waiting area on Monday for 39 minutes until a nice young man came out to tell me he could not draw blood for my liver test due to Dr. Dubinsky not being in their system. I typically see Dr. Knight about once a year from my annual physical, and it's always like visiting a very intelligent and caring friend whose sole focus is your well-being. Not only is he kind, but he genuinely wants you to be well and for the small amount of time he's allotted for your annual physical visit, he's 100% focused on your needs. I really appreciate Dr. Knight because after visiting him, I feel like I've been heard and that my health matters.
Dr. Knight always takes time to listen. He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. The whole office staff is great!
He advanced several possible reasons for my pain and ordered tests to define what was wrong.
Dr. Knight, as always, was thoughtful and helpful for my unique health care needs. Always willing to listen and solve issues, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
