We were thrilled with the Knight team from start to finish on our lower level (basement) remodel. I was a bit nervous choosing a firm without knowing someone who had worked with them, but after seeing their projects and meeting the team, we were immediately put at ease. Kristen's design work was amazing and she was incredibly accommodating when we asked for different views of the project. Knight Construction is a World Class Company. They all did a outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. Jeff,Melissa, and Kristen were fantastic and the entire project was spot on with the schedule that was presented. Knight understands that service is just as important as pricing. I have had the opportunity to tour and write about several Knight Construction Design projects over the past year. I've been impressed by the quality of the designs, craftsmanship and materials. Designer Kristen Peck has a great eye, Gary Knight sets high standards for everyone and Jeff Harrison really knows how to run jobs. It shows. No wonder Knight Construction Design was named 2015 NARI National Contractor of the Year in the entire house $250,000-500,000 category.

Knight did everything from taking my ideas and putting them into a design to completing the project and making sure that the old appliance, empty boxes, etc. and anything I didn't want anymore got hauled away. I had a room addition put on the house and updates and enhancements (new carpeting, new counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, new lighting, painting, new flooring, fireplace redesign, some new fixtures, added sink and cabinet in laundry room, added hallway closet, ceilings were scraped and refinished).... read more

We had a recent overhaul of our lower level due to a septic problem. Knight Construction responded to our frantic call for help immediately. Not only did they take care of the demolition and rebuilding of the damaged floors and walls, but they also redesigned the oversized bathroom into a combination bathroom/laundry room. Budget constraints were always a concern, and Gary was sensitive to that - he worked diligently to find alternatives to our "dreams" and made them an affordable reality. Job was to remodel 1950's-era original bathroom - a small project in terms of sq. ft., but Knight Constr. made it seem as important as a McMansion spa/salon. At first contact Knight Const. was professional and polished. Their staff designer listened to our ideas and offered suggestions when asked. A full remodel of a woefully out of date master bath was completed...Knight listened to my needs, honored my budget, made great recommendations and delivered!
