Advertising a car that isn’t currently for sale and collecting information from potential buyers. Was ready to put down a deposit. Requested a day off work. Only to find out it had sold days before. Waste of my time. Would recommend anyone interested in using this dealership to check in person before submitting personal information to the dealership.
I recently purchased a 2026 Buick Enclave from N. Brennan Buick GMC in Plattsburgh and had a great experience. My salesperson, Joe Firenze, was knowledgeable, no-pressure, and made sure my lift equipment would fit. He got me a great deal, kept communication excellent throughout, and even offered to handle transporting my trade-in to have the lift removed and reinstalled in my new vehicle.
