This is a family run lawn service, I've been using them for 6 months now (sometimes every week, sometimes every other week). They've been awesome, super polite, professional. They call each week to ask if I want them to come by (I told them I wanted a regular repeated lawn maintenance and sometimes forget to call them) and also they schedule me in when I have time. It took them three different times of coming to my house to finish the job. Which I can deal with.but every time they came over they would knock on the door a million times. When he finally finished the job at 12pm when he had told me he would come by late afternoon. (Mind you i work nights and sleep days to until 5pm.) He banged on my door i don't know how many times and I had about 20 missed calls. Which i found very un professional.
