★☆☆☆☆ Shoddy Work, Poor Communication, Total Regret I hired Knickerbocker Construction expecting professionalism and quality craftsmanship — I got the exact opposite. I Rented a trencher and had great service. Their process is a bit complicated for rental and return. You have to know which desk to go to. Some signage would definitely help. The desk you see when you walk in the door is not the one you're supposed to go to.

When you go and pick something and drop something off the short guy with the accent, he needs a real attitude adjustment. I’m surprised someone punch in his face. He needs to learn how to customer service and customer relations work. I’m not quite sure if he was having a bad day orhe just needs somebody to fix his attitude for him.
