My father had an MRI done a week ago and was expedited. Still has not been read! Everytime my father calls, he's treated rudely. His urologist can't get anywhere either. Hopefully whoever bought out Ascension will be an improvement!
I honestly can't say I've had a harder time trying to get information on our scheduled appointment for an MRI. Their system is horrible.
My parents threw me in Catholic Highschool and the school tried to obtain my Valedictorian. It was not the nuns. But later found out my Mother In Law. She was on one quest to discredit me. When you're 16 years old you don't know such things. This followed me into my retirement years. One piece of advice, the hospitals have changed dramatically. If I could give less than one star I would. All of their scheduling and authorization is being done through the Philippines. An MRI scheduled on Monday wasn’t submitted to insurance until the day before the procedure, delaying care. Avoid if you want any speed or efficiency in scheduling or service.
