Their really friendly and helpful especially if you anxiety issues. This is place to go.
Not sure why i can never speak to some after 20 mintues on hold everytime. Then leave message and you dont get return phone call. I call 3 time last week and got no retirn call. Finally i stayed on hold 16 minutes and some finally took my call. Way to big of a problem for people in destress. Hire morr schedulers. Will ask for referall to Bronson radiology from this point forward
I’ve been here three times for MRIs and have found them to be very professional. Staff seems well trained and gets the job done fast. I will always go here when I need imaging done.
I felt they were rude and did not follow rules and protocols!!
