We had a great experience working with Knez Homes. They were true to their word throughout the entire process, very responsive, and addressed any issues that came up in a timely and professional manner. They also worked with our schedule while we were selling our house, which we truly appreciated. Bo Knez personally came out to the site multiple times to inspect the work and coordinate directly with contractors to make sure everything was remedied correctly. That level of involvement and accountability really impressed me.
They are very unresponsive to neighborhood concerns and refuse to clean up construction debris for the last 3+ years on an unfinished site. Beautiful property but they left it looking like trash.
The contractor Gary is very nice. Gary went out his way to help me and I appreciate him. His supervisor Bo was just as nice.
Beautiful work. Nice modern home design.
