Great family business! Very welcoming and friendly! They took great care in helping me select my wedding band, and custom crafted my wife’s wedding bands to match exactly what she wanted for her engagement ring using computer graphic design and approval! Specialized, individual care was given, and they were incredibly professional and on time. We felt very taken care of! Highly recommend for any of your jewelry needs. A+++++!!!! Matt and Kirstin

We recently used Kneucraft for a ring resizing. The staff were incredibly kind to me and my fiancée and they did a fantastic job! Highly would recommend Kneucraft over those big name jewelers.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! After visiting multiple different jewelry stores in and around the area, I came to the conclusion that the ring that I have cannot be resized due to the fact of it being a multicolored braid, gold eternity ring. I didn’t want an obvious cut nor did I want to pay over $1000 for the resize which is what I was quoted at another local jewelry store. I went on a shopping journey to replace the ring I had. I brought a ring in to be sized and I have to say I was delighted. Customer service was phenomenal, turnaround time on the ring was fast, and affordable! Will definitely be back!
