Shawn is the absolute man when it comes to engagement rings. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he really knows his stuff and actually cares about getting it right. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
We went in to get a handmade ring resized and I was so worried that it couldn’t be resized after being declined by Jared, Kay, and Zales. However, the service was incredible! They let us know that there were multiple ways they could help us and how the special wood engraving on it could be replicated. He immediately got to work and in less than 5 minutes my ring fit perfectly! So grateful for this service.
