They give you a number for urgent care and made me wait an hour while all the people with appointments were served - no urgent care at kniebert clinic - just sit down and wait!
The new system that is being implemented is the most horrific decision I have ever seen a healthcare system make. Waiting 30 minutes to register to see a doctor is HORRIBLE. Then waiting AGAIN to register for labs is ridiculous. Whoever thought this was a better process needs to be fired.
I tried to make appointment with Sandy Reese I tried to call at 8am was told they didn't have their phone on yet to give them a few minutes so I called back in 10 minutes and was told they still did not have their phone on, so I asked when do they turn their phones on when you open at 8am she said they don't turn them on until they see their first patient I asked how do we make appointment then she told me I can't, now isn't that the most stupid thing you ever heard of. Absolutely the worst place! Took my son to see the on call doctor because his regular doctor was not in today. We seen Dr.Siddiqui who came in looked at his ears and told me he has a slight ear infection. I then explained to him that I have cough medicine at home that he gave my son about 3 weeks ago. I then asked if we can get an allergy medicine for my son. He was writing things down so I thought he was listening. Horrible! Staff is horrible doctors don't care! I am sorry I didn't ask for my health issues you should never tell a patient they have too many health issues because they are young and u choose not to believe the problems they have even when everything on paper and images! Bed side manner unacceptable! Would not send my dog to them!
Gossiping loud enough patients can hear. Horrible.
