As always, everyone there makes me feel like my fear is understood and they don't make me feel bad for my poor dental hygiene. They listen and work with me to get done what needs to be done and to ease my fear and anxiety. I will never go anywhere else.
The staff is very professional, my children had only seen a mobile dentist within the past few years, resulting in some work that needed to be done. Initially, Dr. Kneib was great with my kids. The office had to reschedule my 7 year old's appointment due to not having what she was going to need. The new appointment was at 7:30 on a Monday morning. I came to Dr Kneib after my daughter in law recommended this office. Now she had extensive work done by Jared but when I started with this office Jared was no longer there. I needed extensive work done and Dr Kneib knew I was self pay. After many appointments and at least 10 implants I was very satisfied. At this point i had moved to Florida and was flying back & forth for appointments adding to the total expense- my choice.
