I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr.Knechtl and his staff. You don't wait in the lobby for more than 20 minutes (which I've found is good for a doctor). When you get to the examination room you aren't in there very long. The doctor offered to buy my medication, because he knew I could not afford it. I have never been so touched by another person's kindness. My only issue with McLaren is one time a pharmacist was rude to me.
Don't go. They make you wait 20-40 minutes past your appointment time. Knechtl doesn't really care about you unless you have insurance, or what he would consider a significant problem. I'm in pain every day.. his response? "Yeaaahhh... okay... umm". Way to make your patient more comfortable. I'm looking for a new.. and better doctor.
