long time customer We have used them several times over the years, always very neat work, always a fair price, they have met or exceeded expectations every time. We have our home and a rental unit they service. **The only minus, they do not have an emergency number. If you need a plumber outside regular business hours, they might not respond quickly enough.
So far so good....more to come... Date: Jan 27 2011....I had 4 estimates for a plumbing project and they have come in the lowest...I met a plumber named Keith and I think he is a good one...I'll add to this later after the job is done...
Fair Price, Good Job After being overcharged by a different plumber on a previous job, I got a price quote from Knechtel to replace a tub/shower valve. This is about a 4-hour job. Knechtel quoted $335 compared to $495 from the other guy. Bob and his helper Jeff showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up well. They even installed shut-off valves for the shower, which had not been there before. My experience with them was great.
Knechtel Plumbing is Totally unreliable We made an emergency call to Knechtel Plumbing as our toilets were overflowing and the tubs were backing up. The staff said they would have a technician out within two hours. They called us back at 4:00p.m. on Sunday to tell us the Technician was held up all day "KNOWING WE HAD AN URGENT SITUATION" that needed to be taken care of that day.
