We had such a wonderful experience at this bakery in Baltimore, and I especially want to recognize Stephanie for the amazing hospitality she showed us!. She was attentive, respectful, patient, and kind throughout our entire experience. I made a mistake with my drink order, and as someone who can sometimes be awkward or indecisive when going out, I started feeling nervous and overthinking the interaction. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the atmosphere. The building itself is beautiful and the renovation they did to turn it into the bakery/caf�,(especially on the grounds of H&S) is very cool, especially to a Baltimorean… That feeling ended abruptly when I got to the counter.
