It was OK. Christmas music and Christmas decorations adorn the place. Hated it actually!
The absolute worst service I have ever had. I've had 10X better service at fast good joints. I waited 5+ minutes at the front of the line before anyone even attempted to take my order! I had put a cheesecake on hold a few days before, and I had planned to get a sandwich too, but I only grabbed the cheesecake because I realized that my money wasn't important to them. I love Kneaders but this location always has terrible service and the workers treat you like you are such a burden for coming in. The service is so slow in both the drive thru and inside. It's just a shame because any other location I've been to has such great customer service!
Huge shout out to my work neighbors!!! You guys are awesome and special thank you to the runner who came to my work drive thru with a missing item from my order :) you guys rock!
I don't know what it is about this location but every time I go I get terrible service. Something is always wrong with my order and I spend 5-10 minutes waiting to place my order in the drive-thru, even if the inside is empty. Love Kneaders but I would rather drive 15 minutes to Lindon where I know I'll get outstanding service.
