It took 30 mins to get my food and then it looked like it was thrown together and they charged me 13 dollars because they don't have combos so you have to add the drink on too overpriced for bleh food sorry not sorry.
Horrible customer service. I came through the drive thru this morning at 8:30 AM and I was 2nd in line. We both ordered quickly and pulled to the window. Once up to the window, I sat there for over 10 minutes without a single person coming to take my payment. Nobody even made eye contact or came and let me know it would be a minute. The line is now 5 cars deeps with no sign of a kneaders employee. The services was incredibly slow, the staff automatic response was to apologize and the food was cold when received. The only resealing quality was that the cashier was polite.
Huge shout out to my work neighbors!!! You guys are awesome and special thank you to the runner who came to my work drive thru with a missing item from my order :) you guys rock!
