I made an online order early Wednesday morning at about 8:30 am for CURBSIDE pickup at 10:15am for many items. I arrived at 10:10 expecting a few minute wait time what with the current COVID-19 situation and anticipating more cars in the drive through and others picking up there order. However there weren’t very many cars in the drive through and there appeared to only be one person waiting for their food curbside a space away from me. This Kneaders is a fu**ing joke!! After waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, they closed because they were “too busy”. They made everyone in the drive thru back out and refused to take our orders even though we had waited. This is AWFUL management terrible customer service!!!
I went to Kneaders drive through after a really long and exhausting day because I wanted dinner to be quick. I got a kids meal for my son and a sandwich on focaccia bread for myself. They forgot to put the actual sandwich in the kids meal bag and my focaccia bread was too hard to eat. I’m too far away and too tired to drive back. I had to prepare dinner anyway. I’ll think twice about going there again.
We went for lunch! The service was quick and the cashier very friendly! We love kneaders, everything we've gotten is delicious!
We went at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and were served quickly. We had our food within a few minutes, but they had forgotten one of our entrees. However, when I walked up, they knew exactly what I was going to ask for and had it out within a minute. The food was satisfactory.
LOVE the yummy food and desserts! Never mind the jewelry and home decor! 💗🙌🏻

Girl at the register not nice. A lot of attitude. Long lines. Only one register open. Poorly managed.
